By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any MadsMuse course, digital product, resource, or service, you agree to the following terms.
Everything we create at MadsMuse is digital. When you purchase from us, you are buying digital products or online educational experiences. Because of this, nothing physical will ever be shipped to your door.
We love sharing what we know, but please remember that all our content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the MadsMuse materials counts as professional, legal, medical, veterinary, or behavioural certification advice.
When you buy a product or course, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence just for you. To protect our hard work, please do not do any of the following without our written permission:
We want checkout to be seamless. Prices for our products may change from time to time without notice, and full payment is required before you can access your digital goodies. Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order, and we reserve the right to do so when necessary.
Because our digital products give you instant access and downloadable content, standard cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 change once your download or stream begins. For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds once access has been granted, unless required by consumer law. Don't worry—nothing in these terms affects your statutory legal rights as a consumer!
